1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to go2cuci, an online betting and gaming platform operating under the domain go2cuci.bet. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and go2cuci ("Platform", "we", "us", "the Company"). It governs your use of all services, games, bets, and other features provided by go2cuci.

2.2 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must be an individual (not a company or business entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not currently subject to any ban or restriction imposed by go2cuci due to any prior violations.
• You do not fall within any category of individuals prohibited from using the platform under applicable local regulations.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with go2cuci.
• The funds you use to place bets on go2cuci are legitimate funds not derived from any illegal activity.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) go2cuci account. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all remaining balances and pending winnings. go2cuci employs a range of technical measures to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the go2cuci account is accurate, current, and complete. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination. go2cuci is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your go2cuci username, password, and login credentials. Do not share this information with any other party. go2cuci will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the go2cuci support team immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your go2cuci account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@go2cuci.bet. All eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Go2cuci accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

• Direct Transfer: DuitNow (instant transfer via phone number or IC number)

All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in your own name. go2cuci does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made via third-party accounts or methods may be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing fee deductions.

5Fund Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Go2cuci processes withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to your Malaysian bank account via DuitNow or FPX.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal is RM50,000 per day for regular members, with higher limits available for VIP members subject to case-by-case assessment.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled in full before withdrawals are permitted.
• Go2cuci reserves the right to request additional KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 before processing the payment.
• First withdrawals from a new account may take longer due to the identity verification process.

5.3 Delayed or Rejected Withdrawals

Go2cuci reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is carried out.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, cashback, enhanced odds, and other special offers provided by go2cuci are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Those terms form part of these Terms.

6.2 Rollover Requirements

Most go2cuci bonuses require members to meet a wagering (rollover) requirement before the bonus value or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, for example:

• 10x Rollover: A RM100 bonus requires you to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted.
• 20x Rollover: A RM100 bonus requires a total of RM2,000 in wagers.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Go2cuci takes bonus abuse very seriously. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, odds arbitrage using bonus funds, hedging that is clearly intended to drain a bonus, and any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine betting risk. go2cuci reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse is detected.

7Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Result Verification

The outcome of all Sports Betting at go2cuci is determined by official results received from the relevant sporting body. go2cuci uses recognised third-party sports data providers to ensure accuracy and timely result updates. Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on the platform and the official result, the official result issued by the relevant sporting body shall prevail.

7.2 Void Bets

Go2cuci reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Technical errors or human error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• Matches or events that are cancelled, postponed, or not completed in accordance with the designated format.
• Substantial evidence that an event's outcome has been manipulated (match-fixing).
• Bets placed after the actual outcome of an event has already been determined (late betting).

7.3 Live Betting

Live bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the go2cuci system are considered final. However, go2cuci reserves the right to void any live bet placed during a technical disruption, or where it is evident that the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed. Delays between real-world events and platform updates are a normal part of the live betting environment.

7.4 Betting Limits

Go2cuci sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each market and event. These limits are subject to change based on market conditions, event type, and betting stage. go2cuci VIP members may qualify for higher limits depending on their account status.

8Casino Games & Slots

8.1 Game Fairness

All casino games at go2cuci — including slots, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and other table games — are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or run by live dealers in a live casino studio. go2cuci provides transparent RTP (Return to Player) information for every slots game.

8.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a casino game session, go2cuci will settle bets based on the system records retained. If records are incomplete due to a system failure, the affected bets will be voided and funds returned to your account. go2cuci is not liable for internet service interruptions or device-side issues on the user's end.

8.3 Blackjack & Skill-Based Games

For skill-based games such as blackjack, go2cuci encourages members to learn correct basic strategy. The use of automated assistance software or bots during play is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

9Prohibited Activities

Go2cuci users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

• Fraud & Deception: Any attempt to defraud go2cuci or other users by any means.
• Money Laundering: Using go2cuci as a channel to launder money or funds derived from illegal activities.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any program, script, or software to automate gameplay or betting activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy or another individual.
• System Abuse: Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the go2cuci system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Odds Arbitrage: Systematically placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms (hedging) to guarantee risk-free profits.
• Impersonation: Registering as, or impersonating, another individual, or using a false identity.
• System Disruption: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to go2cuci's systems, servers, or databases, or launching any form of cyberattack against our platform.

10Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by go2cuci

Go2cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without notice, on the following grounds:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documentation.
• Users found to be under 18 years of age.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10.2 Effects of Termination

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, go2cuci reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and accumulated winnings. Where termination is initiated by the user without any violation, valid balances will be returned once all rollover requirements have been met and the verification process is complete.

11Liability Cap

Go2cuci provides its platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. go2cuci is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their betting activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the go2cuci platform.
• Decisions made by users based on information, statistics, or content available on the go2cuci platform.
• Errors or omissions in information supplied by third parties, including sports data providers and game providers.

In all circumstances, go2cuci's total liability to a user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Responsible Betting

Go2cuci is fully committed to the principles of responsible betting. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

12.1 Self-Control Tools

Go2cuci provides the following self-control tools to all members within their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Time Limit: Set a daily time limit for your betting sessions.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if needed.

12.2 Prohibition on Chasing Losses

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Go2cuci reserves the right to modify, amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility as a go2cuci member to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
